And yet some more history:
First PAX3 Frenchie!! August 26, 2012
Soren makes a little more
history: First PACH2 Frenchie!! On 4/7/2012, Soren
finished his PACH2 with a gorgeous 24 point Standard run.
Amazing Soren -- despite a
sore back and neck from the long car ride to the 2012 AKC National
Agility Championships in Reno, NV, Soren gave it his all and put in
5 clean runs: Practice STD and T2B on Friday, and clear in all
3 rounds of Nationals (Standard, Jumpers and Hybrid) on Saturday and
Sunday. He ran on shear heart all weekend and I was once again
in awe of what a trooper he is, and what an incredible little dog I
am lucky enough to call my agility partner and best friend.
Soren starts off the new year
with his MXJ6 and MXP7.
Soren's
Accomplishments in 2011:
Wow. What an amazing
year it has been for Soren. The NUMBER 10 AGILITY DOG in
Preferred ALL BREEDS for 2011!!! Soren is still proving just
how incredible a dog he is.
If I questioned my decision to move
him to Preferred, I had only to watch him run to know it
was the right choice -- faster than ever, and with such joy and
enthusiasm. I have had an incredibly good time with him this
year.
Even with not being in Exc B
again till end of February, and with limited entries in Jumpers, he
has managed to rack up an unbelievable 43 double Qs and almost 1,300
points this year. He finished his PACH, 2 PAX titles, and is
about 3/4 of his way to PACH2.
This time with my best buddy
and agility partner is precious beyond words. I am so grateful
for each each day I wake up to that cherished face, and each time I
step to the start line with this most incredible little frog, who is
so connected to my mind, heart and soul.
On Nov 4, 2011, just 8 mos.
after starting in Excellent in Preferred, Soren earns his PAX2 with
a 24 point Standard run under Judge Laura English, for another breed
first! He also finished his MJP5 and his MJPS (Master Jumpers
Silver Agility Preferred Lifetime achievement title).
Soren OFP: On October
23, Soren finished his Open FAST Preferred title. Back to
Excellent FAST we go :o)
On 10/2/2011, Soren earned
his 50th Master Preferred (MXP) leg, to complete his MXP5 title, and
his MXPS (Master Silver Agility Preferred Lifetime Achievement
title).
On 8/21/2011, Soren make
breed history again. He double Qd on Saturday and Sunday 2
weekends in a row, earning 76 points to become the first Frenchie to
earn a PACH (Preferred Agility Championship).
Soren earns his MJP4 title on
8/14/2011 at Kruisin Kanines trial, and his MXP4 at Monticello trial
on 8/20/2011.
Soren earns his MJP3 and MXP3
titles on June 25 and 26, 2011. This makes 60 titles for Soren.
Here's the 20 point Standard run where he earns his MXP3 ...
Another breed first for Soren
as, on May 28, 2011, he becomes the first French Bulldog to earn an AKC PAX
(Preferred Agility Excellent) title.
This video was the 1st
half of his double Q to complete his PAX ... a Standard run under
judge Ron McClelland.
The PAX requires 20 Double Qs in
Excellent B Preferred. He earned this title in just 3 months
of running in Excellent B Preferred. Photo soon! This
video is the Jumpers run for the 2nd half of his 20th double Q to
finish his PAX under judge David Hirsch ...
Soren becomes the first
French Bulldog ever to compete at the AKC National Agility
Championship!!! He is the first and, to date, the only
Frenchie ever to qualify, and qualified for 2010 Nationals as well,
though we couldn't attend. He has already qualified for 2012
in Preferred division.
Soren earned his MXP (Master
Agility Preferred) title at Keystone ESS on April 9th, 2011.
And another double Q toward his PAX/PACH. And daughter Audra
finished both her Open titles the same weekend. It's in the
genes :o) And the following Thursday, another double Q for
Soren and his MJP!!
Soren is tearing up the
courses in Preferred class and loving the 8" jumps and lower A
Frame. He has finished his Novice P (NJP and NAP), Open P (OAP
and OJP), Excellent P (AJP, AXP), Master Agility P (MXP) and
Master Jumpers P (MJP) titles, and his Novice FAST P (NFP)
title in just a few months.
